It is with great pride and joy that I address you on the launch of the Gunotsav 2025 Portal and Mobile App a landmark step in Assam's journey toward transformative education. Spearheaded by Samagra Shiksha, Assam, this initiative underscores our commitment to improving education quality and ensuring equitable access for every child in the state.

Gunotsav is more than an assessmentit is a celebration of quality education and continuous improvement. Since its inception in 2017, it has driven remarkable progress, with A+ grade schools increasing from 12.35% to 35.75% and D grade schools reducing from 14.54% to just 0.81% in 2024. These achievements are a testament to the collective efforts of educators, administrators, parents and communities.

The launch of this digital platform marks a new chapter, cquipping stakeholders with real-time tools to nonitor progress, evaluate outcomes and address challenges. By integrating technology into education, we aim to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
